Under an agreement concluded with the NCBR, Technology Accelerator Gliwice Ltd. provides co-financing of R+D projects in the early stages of development (Proof of Principle and Proof of Concept) through analytical support in respect of the adopted technical assumptions (technological feasibility studies, prototype construction), economic assumptions (market research and marketing analyses) as well as legal assumptions (including patent and intellectual property rights analyses). After a project’s assumptions have been verified positively, the Fund takes up shares in the spin-off.
